TASTING NOTES
Colour- Medium amber.
Aroma- A medley of spice aromas, including subtle cinnamon and nutmeg, with hints of toasty oak, toffee, chocolate and vanilla.
Palate- Dry, medium to full bodied, richly textured, with balanced flavours of warm sweet spiced fruit, oak, caramel and hints of nut and oak.
Finish- Long and dry with a balance of subdued sweetness and a hint of toasted toffee.

Sailor Jerry was an exacting craftsman. His tattoos were precise, bold and flawless. Even the riggings on his clipper ship tattoos were nautically accurate. The rum is produced by Sailor Jerry Ltd., a company founded to honor the sailor-turned-tattoo artist, Norman “Sailor Jerry” Collins. Sailor Jerry Caribbean Rum is blended with local natural spices, namely Vanilla and Lime. Most definitely a rum that is “strong, but goes down smooth.”
